How to Request Data Deletion

If you have authorized our Instagram Assistant through Instagram and would like to delete your personal data, you can submit a deletion request using the following method:

Email Request

Send your request to: [email protected]

Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”

Please include:

• Your Instagram username (if available)
• Any additional account identifiers you may have

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• All messages and conversation history with our assistant
• Your account preferences and settings
• Interaction logs and usage data
• Any cached profile information
• All associated metadata and analytics data

Processing Timeline

• Response time: We will acknowledge your request within one business day
• Completion time: Your data will be permanently deleted within 3 business days
• Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation once deletion is complete

Important Notes

• Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• You may need to re-authorize the application if you decide to use our service again
• Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement purposes (in compliance with privacy regulations)
• Legal retention requirements may apply to certain data types as required by applicable laws
