DMMASTER.ai provides an AI assistant that automatically responds to incoming Instagram Direct messages and comments on behalf of authorized business accounts. Our Service operates strictly within Instagram's messaging framework, commenting policies, and compliance requirements.

2. Account Authorization and Eligibility

You authorize access via the official Instagram OAuth process. You are responsible for ensuring that:

• The connected Instagram account is eligible for business use
• You have proper authorization to act on behalf of the account
• You comply with Instagram Terms of Use and Facebook Community Standards

3. Message Processing and Content Standards

Messages and comments are processed solely to generate replies on your behalf within the 24-hour messaging window as defined by Instagram's messaging policies and commenting guidelines.

Content Requirements:

• All generated messages and comments must comply with Facebook Community Standards
• We do not send promotional content, marketing messages, or mass communications
• Generated responses must be relevant to the original user inquiry or comment
• We do not facilitate spam, harassment, or any content that violates platform policies
• Comment responses must be appropriate for public visibility and maintain professional standards

We do not claim ownership of your content or the messages and comments processed through our Service.

4. User Support and Reporting

5. Service Limitations and Messaging Policies

Messaging and Commenting Restrictions:

• Responses are generated only within Instagram's 24-hour messaging window following user interaction
• We comply with all Instagram messaging policies, commenting guidelines, and rate limits
• No unsolicited messages or communications outside of direct user inquiries
• We respect user opt-out requests and blocking functionality
• Comment responses are limited to relevant, helpful replies and do not include promotional content

Technical Limitations:

• Service availability depends on Instagram API functionality
• We are not responsible for Instagram outages, API changes, or platform limitations

6. Platform Compliance

Our Service operates in full compliance with:

• Facebook Developer Policies
• Instagram Terms of Use
• Instagram Community Standards
• Instagram Commenting Guidelines
• All applicable messaging and content policies

We continuously monitor and update our practices to maintain platform compliance.

7. Service Availability and Termination

• Any damages arising from Service use

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• Share data with unauthorized third parties
• Retain data longer than necessary for service provision
